About me
I am a postdoc in the Göpfrich group as well as the Gräter group at the MPI for Polymer Research. My work focuses on computational modelling of RNA-lipid interactions and how we can use data-driven approaches to improve rational engineering of biomimetic structures. During my PhD I was part of a team working to improve the functionality and usability of the oxDNA coarse grained model for DNA and RNA nanotechnology and I hope to bring that expertise to building the next generation of software tools which will enable multi-scale and multi-material structural biological engineering!
