pyFuRNAce is a design engine for RNA origami. It offers an integrated, user-friendly open-source platform for RNA origami design — a web-based application that makes rational RNA structure design as intuitive and modular as current tools for DNA origami and protein design. PyFuRNAce enables users to design complete RNA nanostructures — from motif selection and blueprint generation to sequence design, structural optimization, and primer planning — all within a single graphical interface. We also provide advanced scripting functionality for users who wish to programmatically design and customize complex assemblies.
