About me
Already knowing the group since my first research stay here, I re-joined the lab now as a Master student. Having fallen in love with the field of synthetic biology I take great interest in bioprinting and tissue engineering on any level. Right now, I am working on photo-inducible polymerisation of hydrogels based on DNA and synthetic polymers. Generally referred to as “the cell guy” in the lab I take care of the living things here, but if you cannot find me in cell culture, I am probably at the closest Italian café. Outside of the lab I love to do climbing or bouldering and sitting at a coffee while complaining about your chosen topic in true Viennese manner.
