About me

I am a PhD student in the Göpfrich Group with interests in laser-based 3D bioprinting, polymer synthesis, and cell mechanics. I joined the lab for my master thesis, where I worked on synthetic cells, and have now moved on to studying living cells for my PhD. Combining cell biology with physics and chemistry fascinates me. I enjoy discussing new scientific ideas with others, both in terms of experiments and computational quantification. Additionally, I like to visualize new ideas through animations and graphics.

Previously, I was working in the group of Prof. Joachim P. Spatz where I implemented a cytokine release assay inside microfluidic droplets.
